These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the CosmoKey website and software products provided by Bhagyaratna Astrotech LLP, the owner and operator of the CosmoKey platform.
By accessing the website located at https://www.thecosmokey.com, downloading or using the CosmoKey software, or otherwise interacting with any related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Throughout these Terms, references to “CosmoKey”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Bhagyaratna Astrotech LLP in its capacity as the owner and operator of the CosmoKey website, software, and related services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Website” refers to the CosmoKey website located at
https://www.thecosmokey.com and any associated web pages or online platforms operated by CosmoKey.
“Software” refers to the CosmoKey desktop application and any associated components, updates, modules, documentation, and related materials.
“Services” refers collectively to the Website, Software, licensing systems, activation services, and any other related services offered by CosmoKey.

All content, software, design elements, algorithms, databases, interpretation systems, trademarks, logos, graphics, and materials associated with the CosmoKey platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Bhagyaratna Astrotech LLP unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• the CosmoKey software application
• the CosmoKey interpretation engine
• proprietary databases and data structures
• software code and algorithms
• visual designs and interface elements
• documentation and written materials
These materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Users are not granted any ownership rights in the software or related materials.
7. Restrictions on Use
Users shall not, directly or indirectly:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the CosmoKey software or any associated systems.
Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the CosmoKey software or related materials without prior written permission.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with software licensing mechanisms, security features, or activation systems.
Attempt to extract, download, replicate, or otherwise reproduce proprietary data, databases, interpretation systems, or algorithmic components embedded within the software.
Use the software for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Unauthorized use of the CosmoKey software or website may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
8. License Keys and Activation
Access to CosmoKey software may require activation through a valid license key.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their license credentials and must not share license keys with unauthorized parties.
CosmoKey reserves the right to suspend or revoke licenses where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorized distribution, or violation of licensing terms.
9. Purchases and Payments

CosmoKey does not store or process payment card information directly unless explicitly stated.

Users acknowledge that astrological interpretations generated through the software are informational in nature and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhagyaratna Astrotech LLP and CosmoKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
Use or inability to use the CosmoKey website or software.
Errors, interruptions, or delays in service.

Reliance on interpretations or information generated by the software.
In any event, CosmoKey’s total liability arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the software license.

CosmoKey does not control and is not responsible for the practices or policies of such third-party services.
13. Termination
CosmoKey reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the Services where there is reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated.
Upon termination, the user must cease use of the CosmoKey software and destroy any unauthorized copies.
14. Changes to Terms
CosmoKey reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the CosmoKey website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the CosmoKey Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India.
