System Requirements for CosmoKey
CosmoKey is a modern desktop application designed for Windows and macOS systems.
To ensure reliable performance and uninterrupted licensing functionality, please verify that your computer meets the following requirements before installing the software.
CosmoKey requires an internet connection for license activation and periodic validation.
Supported Operating Systems

Internet Connectivity
CosmoKey requires an internet connection for several core functions including:
• license activation
• periodic license validation
• software updates
• backend interpretation services
The software will NOT OPERATE without internet connectivity. Periodic online verification is required to maintain license validity.
Installation Permissions
Installing CosmoKey may require administrator privileges on your computer. Users installing the software should have sufficient permissions to install desktop applications and allow the application to access the internet for license validation.
Security and Firewall Settings
Some antivirus software, firewall configurations, or corporate network restrictions may block internet communication required for license activation.
If CosmoKey cannot connect to licensing servers, activation may fail. Users should ensure that their system security settings allow the application to access the internet where required.
Unsupported Environments
CosmoKey is not designed to operate in certain environments including:
• operating systems earlier than Windows 10
• outdated macOS versions
• highly restricted corporate environments
• unsupported virtual machine environments
• systems with extremely limited hardware resources
Operation in such environments may result in installation failure or reduced functionality.

Before purchasing CosmoKey, customers are responsible for ensuring that their system meets the requirements listed above. Failure to review system compatibility prior to purchase shall not constitute grounds for refund once the software license has been issued and activated.
